The Leadership Programme ® | The Leadership Programme’s vision is to reconcile and develop people through training. We are seeing the signs in every sector of society that there is a massive need for proper values-based Leadership. We also acknowledge a leadership-ethos that is true to Africa must be birthed in this generation, which generation should be able and equipped to address the issues prevalent to our day. | Courses are designed to meet different audiences with the end in mind to reconcile different economic, racial and social groups through the common ground of the skill being taught or the context wherein it will be exercised. This will include inter alia: - orientation and development into values-based leadership
- to equip students with skills to apply to everyday life (critical sustaining skills)
- teaching of specialized skills through service providers in the necessary industry designed according to the need
The Training facilitators will differ from time to time, but is overseen through the pro gramme management consisting of Andre van Eeden (industrial engineer), Henk Kleinschmidt (project manager), John Jones (transformation consultant), and Etienne Cilliers (accountant).
Once again the platform is set through the BEE Codes of Good Practice, wherein a certain target is set, and once met, the donating company is credited according to these measurements for the investment made into the Leadership Programme ® for the skills development component under the Codes. CONCLUSION:
Lastly, it should be stressed that the values underlying these projects are that of integrity, honesty, transparency and good-will. Funds must at all times be governed with fiduciary- responsibility and due care, to see to the original intent and mandate of the donator. This will be communicated in writing and proper report is given.Through the projects we will see to connect different resources and abilities with needs and potential, and leave all parties in the process touched and changed to see South Africa transformed for the better.
